Fumes and soot purification system for wood ovens for pizzerias
This system is capable of eliminating all soot particles that are released from the chimneys of pizzerias, thus eliminating air pollution and the risk of fire resulting from the combustion of wood.
Filtering takes place using the simplest and most effective element existing in nature: water. Thanks to the recirculation function, the purification system allows to considerably limit the quantity of water used.
