The Filippo oven is a ready-to-use small wood or gas fired oven. It reaches high temperatures in just 30 minutes reducing consumption. You can use it to cook not only pizza, but also bread, desserts, meat, fish, vegetables, etc. Thanks to its structure with dome and baking top in refractory cement, the oven maintains the internal heat for many hours even when the flame or fire is out.
The Filippo oven is already assembled and can be used on terraces, balconies or gardens. It can also be placed inside the house, in kitchens or taverns.
