This oven is excellent in restaurants that need a solid oven that keeps a very good heat yield with a minimum consumption but that can bake a big quantity of pizzas with baking and using simplicity.The 1 door rotating oven is more compact and light, but thanks to its accurate design it allows extended use at a very low running cost. It has a single door to reduce consumption. The rotating plate is made up with 3 layers of different materials: 2 thermal insulating layers and the baking top thickness cm 12.The fixed lower part is then made up with 2 layers of insulating material which are 10 cm thick. The quality of materials, thickness and insulation do not change panel.Possibility of a double top and bottom burner.With the same external dimensions the customer can choose among 3 baking top dimensions: Ø 125 cm, Ø 135 cm or Ø 145 cm. If the choice is a just wood-burning oven, we recommend that the baking top is Ø 125 cm since there is more room for woodlogs. If the choice is gas or combined (wood&gas) burning, we recommend that the baking top is Ø 135 cm since there is more room for pizzas. If, on the other hand, the choice is a just gasburning oven, we recommend that the baking top is Ø 145 cm or Ø 115 cm for small restaurants or for those who have space problems.
