Made of vibrated refractory material like professional pizza ovens. Easily positioned without the need for special permits, they are suitable for home use.
MAM ovens are entirely handmade in Italy by experts who have been working in the production of prefabricated ovens for over 45 years.
The peculiarity of MAM ovens is their great resistance to temperature given by the materials used, which are of excellent quality. Furthermore, the entire interior of the oven is made of vibrated refractory with a thickness of 6 cm and not of metal or other poor materials that would reduce heat retention.
