Our ovens on display at HOST from 20th to 24th of October in the Fiera Milano
From 20th to 24th of October Mam brings the complete range of its ovens on display at the Milano Fiera, to attend the 40th edition of HOST, the International Hospitality Exhibition.
In Pavilion 3, at the stand H63, we are going to exhibit all models of our professional ovens for pizzerias and restaurants. to show you our highly technological products, synonym of Italian taste.
At HOST you will find both our rotating and static ovens.
We will also show the different finishing, where you can choose between the Standard or the Dome shaped model, that you can integrate inside your restaurant or even customize it. Moreover we also offer ovens with fancier and more original looking like Mosaico finishing or Napoli model, these are pizza ovens that become a real, elegant furniture.
Our ovens for pizzeria restaurants have 6 different kinds of doors: both the smallest ones that allows less energy consumption and those fit to accommodate very big pizzas.
Another main feature that separates Mam ovens from the competitors is the choice of types of cooking; along with the traditional woodburning or gasburning ovens, we offer the Combination Oven, where the wood cooking meets the tidiness and the convenienceof gas ovens.

Mam Forni transposes its know-how in the classic dome shape typical of Naples.
Napoli oven combines all the Mam technology and the typical aesthetics of ovens from Naples: the rotating oven can be built to support wood, gas or combined cooking to obtain a cooking temperature of 300 to 400° degrees, fundamental in order to have the authentic pizza from Naples (or otherwise).
In the static oven version, the Napoli wood or combined wood/gas oven is the best for pizzeria restaurants that want to keep alive the cooking tradition, combining both quality and design.
Moreover, the Napoli oven, thanks to its careful planning,allows a prolonged use of the oven, with a very low management cost, thanks also to the single opening.
Touch Screen: the oven is controlled by an instrument cluster

Everything can be managed through a simple and small panel that can be positioned either at the edge of the machine or built in the wall.
Small, low consumption and high permormance: it is the rotating oven with one opening.
The Mam rotating oven with one opening is right for those restaurants that wish a small oven, easy to use, with low consumption and with a high number of pizzas that you can take out of the oven at the same time.
The single opening lowers consuptions, while the implemented technology allows a prolonged use over time, with a reduction of management costs.
The rotating oven plate is composed by three layers of different materials: 2 thermal insulation layers and 1 cooking counter top 12 cm thick. The lower part, which is fixed, is composed by two more layers of insulating materials 10 cm thick.
The innovation is the new dimension of the cooking countertop: Mam has in fact produced an oventhat measures Ø 95 cm, perfect for small restaurants where owners can get both quality and working space.
