FORNI MAM

IT’S A FAMILY FROM MODENA,
WHERE COOKING IT’S A SERIOUS MATTER

MAM was founded in 1952 as a metalworking company. Later, in the 1960s, Cav. Aurelio Malaguti then followed by his son Vanni and grandson Matteo created his first wood-fired pizza oven, which was immediately very popular.

Maintaining the winning formula with which it was initially designed, the MAM pizza oven has been enriched over the years with new technologies, establishing itself as a leading product in Italy and worldwide.

Today, as then, MAM ovens are manufactured entirely in our Modena factory.

MAM acquires the certification of the international Approved Vera Pizza Napoletana brand. This certification certifies that the ovens displaying it are suitable for making True Neapolitan Pizza

as all the checks required by the implementing regulation of the Register of Suppliers have been passed

and the tests scheduled by the Federico II University of Naples.

OUR PRESENT ALREADY LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

Since its inception, MAM has produced over 21,000 pizza ovens and does not want to stop, we will continue to
invest in research and materials, we will collaborate with top international chefs and pizza makers to create more and more
cutting-edge products, improving production and reducing waste and CO₂ emissions.
