FORNI MAM
IT’S A FAMILY FROM MODENA, WHERE COOKING IT’S A SERIOUS MATTER
MAM was founded in 1952 as a metalworking company. Later, in the 1960s, Cav. Aurelio Malaguti then followed by his son Vanni and grandson Matteo created his first wood-fired pizza oven, which was immediately very popular.

Today, as then, MAM ovens are manufactured entirely in our Modena factory.

MAM exports ovens to Europe, and then to the rest of the world.

Production of gas ovens begins

MAM makes the combined wood and gas oven

First production of ovens with prestige finishes

Design of the electric oven rotary with rotating table
2023
MAM acquires the certification of the international Approved Vera Pizza Napoletana brand. This certification certifies that the ovens displaying it are suitable for making True Neapolitan Pizza
as all the checks required by the implementing regulation of the Register of Suppliers have been passed
and the tests scheduled by the Federico II University of Naples.

Since its inception, MAM has produced over 21,000 pizza ovens and does not want to stop, we will continue to
invest in research and materials, we will collaborate with top international chefs and pizza makers to create more and more
cutting-edge products, improving production and reducing waste and CO₂ emissions.
