EASY ROTATING OVEN

The Easy Rotating oven is more solid and light; it’s therefore cheaper but it always keeps a very good heat yield with a minimum consumption.

The oven can be supplied both wood-burning and gas and, in case it’s a gas oven type, it can be also supplied as a combined oven.

A potentiometer that sets the rotation speed makes it very easy to manage the rotation and this gives the user the chance of reversing the rotation direction.

The easy rotating oven is supplied with the little sill in marble and with an ash carrier drawer.

The rotation of the baking top will allow the operator to get a uniform temperature on the whole top so that pizzas will be baked homogeneously.

The oven is supplied already insulated and ready to be connected to the chimney and it’s furthermore equipped with all accessories:
peal, small baker’s shovel, brush and shutter.
