EXPORT TYPE OVEN
The M.A.M. oven is a PREFABRICATED WOOD FIRED OVEN, made
of VIBRATED REFRACTORY MATERIAL, and can be fitted with a
gas burner.
Bakes in 2 and a half minutes at the most.
The M.A.M. oven comes with: peel, small bakers shovel,
stand, brush and shutter. It can also be provided with a tubular
steel base.
The M.A.M. oven does not need installation permission because
it is prefabricated.
The M.A.M. oven is lit in just 15-20 minutes, because the
temperature remains almost unchanged compared to the evening
before.
The M.A.M. oven allows you to bake pizzas in continuation
with a minimum wood consumption thanks to its characteristic
of maintaining its temperature.
Since these ovens are delivered already fitted, they have
to be transported into the premises with a ram, thus the width
of the door must be Approximately 180 cm.
6 ovens can be shipped in a container.
The 140x140 oven can be supplied with a gas system.
