Since the oven base moves, it means that it is no longer necessary to rotate the pizzas and the pizza maker’s assistant becomes superfluous.
Our oven with a rotating base is easy to programme and adapts to any needs.
The control panel consists of a programmable consol with a digital display indicating the temperature and baking times which you can programme at the beginning of the work with the automatic function. If, however, you would prefer to use the manual function by means of a single command, choose it and you can change the rotation speed of the baking base during the process. Our oven gives the greatest yield with a low consumption even in extensive use.
